Deleting your lotbiddr account

You can permanently delete your lotbiddr account and the personal data it holds, yourself, at any time — from the web or from the mobile app.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in and open Settings (in the mobile app, tap More in the bottom tab bar, then the Settings tile). If you haven't been added to an organization yet, the waiting screen's Account settings link takes you to the same place.
2. If you want a copy of your data first, choose Download your data.
3. Choose Delete all your data and confirm with Delete everything.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your login, your profile, your saved connections and passkeys, and the personal data tied to your account — including the location points recorded while you were on the clock.

What stays, and why

lotbiddr is a tool your employer's organization uses to run its business. Records that belong to that organization — timecards, payroll exports, job and project history — are business records and remain with the organization after your account is deleted. They keep only your name as it was entered on those records, not your account or its personal data. To ask about those records, contact your employer's office.
