lotbiddr sends proposals, signing invitations, and account notifications on behalf of the contractors who use it. This page is for recipients and IT administrators who want to make sure that mail reaches the inbox.
What we send from
- From address:
notifications@mail.lotbiddr.com - Sending domain:
mail.lotbiddr.com— all mail from this domain passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. - Replies go directly to the person at the contracting company who sent the document, not to us.
If our mail is being quarantined
Some filters hold mail from domains they haven’t seen before, even when it authenticates cleanly. If a proposal or signing invitation didn’t arrive, ask your IT administrator to allow the sending domain:
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online: in the Microsoft Defender portal, add
mail.lotbiddr.comto the Tenant Allow List (Policies & rules → Threat policies → Tenant Allow/Block Lists), or release the message from quarantine and choose Report as not junk so future mail is trusted. - Google Workspace: in the Admin console, add
mail.lotbiddr.comunder Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Spam, phishing, and malware → Email allowlist. - Individual mailboxes: add
notifications@mail.lotbiddr.comto your safe senders / contacts.
A note on signing links
Signing invitations contain a personal, expiring link to review and sign a document. E-signing itself is handled by BoldSign, our e-signature provider, over an encrypted connection, and a completion certificate records every step. lotbiddr never asks for passwords or payment details by email.
